Ajor Inspection can help your peace of mind about your investment and can help you become more aware of things that will require attention. A pre-purchase building inspection from Ajor Inspection will give you the confidence you are seeking by making an informed decision.
All pre-purchase building inspections are thorough, accurate and reporting exceeds the requirements of the Australian Standards 4349.0, AS 4349.1 AS 4349.3 and AS 3660.2. A Pre-Purchase Building Inspection agreement as per Australian Standard 4349.1 will be sent to you before the inspection. The report(s) will be emailed to you 24 hours after the inspection and the inspector will discuss the inspection findings with you.

Many issues after pre-purchase building and pest. Water wasn't turned on at switch out front and no care or matter of importance was received in order to get water on to carry out thorough inspection. After moving in many major leaks come to light (spare toilet running out heaps of water, main shower leaks from wall into common area, under ensuite sink now). On top of this a lot of termite damage was found which was missed. Upon digging, we found previous treatment history, which no emphasis was made in report, no calls to explain the extent that could cause. No photos of garage were put into report (bar two front entrance photos). There were multiple holes (probably 30) in the garage walls and window frame from old termite treatment and weakness behind paint. Even majority of aircons not working, that ajor don't test .. but no importance made on these things, no phone calls to us (we couldn't be present). This isn't our first place and always had calls of importance and emphasis on certain things where needed. We're into the thousands under budget now with repairs for multiple things that shouldn't of been missed 👍In response to your reply, we did contact you after turning water on out front and our toilet was leaking water everywhere (1st of many issues to come). Yes you noted on the paperwork "no water on" and carried out inspection anyway and sent report. No emphasis was made on the inspection not being able to be done thoroughly enough. And as you stated on the phone "it's not up to us to turn the water on" (simple little handle on the meter out front).. you should be calling the client to say can I get this on, it's important. Termites... You noted on the mini garden shed out back that had old damage. If you didn't think one of the 3 walls in the garage covered in termite holes for baiting was important enough to take a photo of, then that says it all about your inspection. Any person carrying our inspections frequently of termites and pest would probably have noticed the old bait holes straight away.I'm not having a dig at you or your business, but on these bases of our service I don't recommend people using your services unfortunately. Highly recommend this company. We had a pre purchase building and pest inspection done. The initial quote was great and lower than expected. In accepting the quote they liaised with the real agent straight away and booked in the inspection within a couple of days. The report came through the night of the inspection and was super detailed with pages of photos and detailed information, giving us a great insight into what we were buying. Amazing company and I wouldn’t choose anyone else. I don’t normally write detailed reviews but they were amazing.

I'm really glad I went with Ajor. On first impression I was leaning towards others who have a more professional looking website, but his website shows that he's an engineer, and so I ended up going with him. I'm really glad I did, not only was he good to deal with, but when I asked for a building and pest report on my new apartment he told me that the body corporate would do yearly pest inspections and while he'd be happy to do it, I'd be throwing away money. When I talked about this with my real estate agent he agreed, telling me I must have gotten 'one of the best, as most inspectors just walk away with your money'. Thank you, and if I could offer some unsolicited advice, it would be to get a professional to do up your website, i think it would more than pay for itself.
